| General | We have Yoga classes for babies as young as 3 weeks old to 4 years with a parent or caregiver, a Kids yoga class for ages 5-12 and a Prenatal class for women in every trimester.
Childbirth and Parenthood preparation classes, Birth and Post Partum Doula Services and Massage Therapy are also available.
