At 10 years old, Cheray O'Neal wrote and performed an original poem for legendary Jazz musician Mr. Archie Shepp and she hasn't stopped shining since.
Born in New York City and raised by artists, it's no wonder Cheray's destiny aligned with what she calls 'musical choreopoems'. A poet warrior with vocal melody, her messages speak of love, loss, self worth and a dream for a better world. 'My whole mission in life, is to create platforms for voices to be heard, be it mine, like minded artists or our youth'.

Now she can add South Africa to her list, for she spent four months teaching and producing what she calls ’ poetic theater’.
