Her photos were in the show windows of photo shops in Ginza when she was only 3 or 4 years old. Since then she has been part of many bands and has had offers from Japan, the US and the UK before. At first, she was writing in Japanese only but then suddenly started to write songs in English because she wanted to spread her music worldwide. <br /><br /> In 2005, she acted as detective "Mana" for an independent film called "Last Stop For Paul <a href="http://www.msplinks.com/MDFodHRwOi8vd3d3Lmxhc3RzdG9wZm9ycGF1bC5jb20v" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.laststopforpaul.com/</a> made by Mandt Bros Production and located in L.A. She was influenced by her mother's music collection at first, so Rock music has been a big part of her life since she was a little girl. Her grandmother always took her to Ginza and Shibuya when she was a little girl and people from overseas came up to her and took her photos. She still looks great today! <br /> Check out Mana as soon as you can! <br /><br /> <span style="font-family:'inherit';color:inherit;"><span style="font-family:'inherit';color:black;">♥</span><span style="font-family:'inherit';color:black;">This is Mana's Real History between 0 and 30 years old</span><span style="font-family:'inherit';color:black;"> ♥</span></span><br /><br /> In 1980, Mana (Manami Takahashi) was born in Tokyo Japan. It was when the long road had started.<br> My grandma and my mum were washing my body with Dior's body soap until I turned 4 or 5. I smelled very nice then indeed.<br> I was always wearing Dior, Eve San Lauren , BEBE, Kenzo, and Roberta Di Camerino until I turned 12. The cities I was always hanging out with my grandma were Ginza, Shibuya, and Nihonbashi between my age 3 and 10.<br> My dad used to work at The Bunmeido Cafe at MELSA Ginza , and on the 2nd floor, there was The shoe shop Charles Jourdan where my mum and my grandma were getting shoes at. so I was always looking at them choosing their shoes and the staff always gave me some orange juice to avoid getting bored for me.<br> I had kept spending those spoilt days behind being a TOMBOY.<br> I didn't know what money meant at all at the time. I was always called "kanekuimushi" by my family as a joke. If you say that in English it should be called "money eater".<br> I was also too good at saving money at the same time as a kid. No jobs then ofcourse. And I was also good at gaining my weight at the time.<br> I was so chubby when I turned 12. I ate a lot. Though my life was all about a brass band and when I turned 13, my dad brought my beloved gentle dog Kuro from his friend's house as his friend's dog gave a birth. Kuro was one of the puppies.<br> Kuro was 2months old when he became my family and it was on 13th(Fri).Dec in 1993. He is next to me right now by the way;)<br> Between my age 13 and 18, I was all about music and a diet( the diet was like eat 3 times a day little by little. And working out with Claudia Schiffer's work-out video).<br> Oh I remember that I started a song writing when I was 16. At first, I was writing songs for myself as a therapy. And now I'm writing for not only me. For YOU my fans rockstars! This is actually good to share and enjoy together through my music within my soul.<br> As for the diet , I lost 11kg(24lbs 4oz) at the end then. It wasn't just because of a diet though. I had a serious issue with my life which was worrying me then. Such up and down days were there at the time. <br> I also had no dates, and no boyfriends until I turned 20 years old. I also made my passport for the 1st time then.<br> I started traveling since 20years old.and at the same time, my poor life had started then. No more brands! No more saving! No more spoilt days for me!<br> Between my age 20 and early 30, I've had a long way road.<br> And now I am having a fantastic life with genuine friends, genuine music team, and my precious family. I am so lucky to have this life.<br> I also hope I can show you my life time after the age 20 in 10years, when I turn 40!<br> In the future like after I have met more new people who can support me in the beautiful industry , I'd love to have my reality show on MTV or unknown new similar TV program to share my world as a Japanese who was born this way;) and the world tour with my fantastic music crew. I am very honoured with what I have got. <br /> Much love to you all my lovely ones and rockstars.<br /> Cheers!<br /> Mana Hardcore Takahashi.xxx<br /></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br /><br />

You have an awesome voice, and you even sing in English as second language better than most who's first language is English. You are the definition of rock, and even with your busy schedule, you still find time for your fans. Mere words can not, in a thousand years, describe you. You are Manami, and you rock." - by Robbie from the USA<br /><br />"Manami is a truly amazing artist (and woman!). She has an absolute gift and proves that, when it comes to music, language is not a hurdle in the least. I have been a fan for a long time and am always spreading the news about Manami to my friends!" - by Margaret from the USA<br /><br />"If I was in Japan I would brave going into the notorious red-light district of Roppongi to watch her rock out?Or maybe I should praise your butt?" - by Craig from the USA<br /><br />"I think your music sounds similar to the Japanese band Spitz, I love them and your music has the same kind of feel to it ♥" - by Shaffron<3 from the UK<br /><br />"You are the single coolest person I have ever met. Everything you do rocks and everything you say is from your heart. You are a true rock star and anyone that says differently should never be aloud to speak again! Without the glamer and the gloss you are still the same. That is the true spirit of a rock star!" - by Edan from the USA<br /><br />"Mana Hardcore...great songs..special voice..sexy lady..top friend!" - by Jonny from the UK<br /><br /> "You were the first and ever person i really connected to on myspace, everyone gets friend request's from bands and singer's but no one really gets friend request's like the one you gave me, i was drawn to your honesty and strength of heart. I saved every email and every message, just to make me smile and remember when you first came into my life, to remember that there are real people out there, sure they have there own lives and own things to do but they still take time out to write to there fan's, i know what its like to have a really long day you just want to chill and relax. But you still manage to email us, i dont know anyone like that, to make there fan's a big part of there life. because theres no point writing and producing songs if you dont have the fans to listen and buy them, but you never need to worry about that one, you will always have hundreds of fans all over the world just waiting for the chance to have your cd's and singles. you make each fan feel like there in a small group of close fan's sure they are probably the last in the queue, but to them they feel like there number 1. i know i do most times." - by Terry from the UK<br /><br />" There are so many thoughts that come to mind--musician, friend, individual, etc. There's no denying her musical capabilities. But things go deeper than that. How many musicians talk with individual fans through the highs and lows? Even when there are an outrageous number of messages/comments on her page, you always know it's only a matter of days before you'll hear back. The number of female rockers out there is enormous--it's just a matter of letting them have the exposure they deserve. Mana's been going places all her life. It's just that the world is finally catching up to her." - by Animedancer87 from the USA</font> <style> table, tr, td { background-color:transparent; border:none; border-width:0;} body { background-color:000000; She has started working with the fantastic executive producer "Andrew Hayman" (who has had a large number of record releases in the UK and abroad including a No.2 hit in the UK charts.) since 2009.

Mana was born in Tokyo and has already created an impression there.

In 2005, she acted as detective "Mana" for an independent film called "Last Stop For Paul http://www.laststopforpaul.com/ made by Mandt Bros Production and located in L.A. "Last Stop For Paul" Directed by Neil Mandt Produced by Mandt Bros. production. Most award winning independent film in 2007; winner of 45 international festival awards. Mana acted as Detective Mana for this film.

Last Stop For Paul

Mana dreamt about becoming a rock star when she was 4 years old. She was influenced by her mother's music collection at first, so Rock music has been a big part of her life since she was a little girl. Her grandmother always took her to Ginza and Shibuya when she was a little girl and people from overseas came up to her and took her photos. She still looks great today!
Check out Mana as soon as you can!

This is Mana's Real History between 0 and 30 years old

In 1980, Mana (Manami Takahashi) was born in Tokyo Japan. It was when the long road had started.
My grandma and my mum were washing my body with Dior's body soap until I turned 4 or 5. I smelled very nice then indeed.
I was always wearing Dior, Eve San Lauren , BEBE, Kenzo, and Roberta Di Camerino until I turned 12. The cities I was always hanging out with my grandma were Ginza, Shibuya, and Nihonbashi between my age 3 and 10.
My dad used to work at The Bunmeido Cafe at MELSA Ginza , and on the 2nd floor, there was The shoe shop Charles Jourdan where my mum and my grandma were getting shoes at. so I was always looking at them choosing their shoes and the staff always gave me some orange juice to avoid getting bored for me.
I had kept spending those spoilt days behind being a TOMBOY.
I didn't know what money meant at all at the time. I was always called "kanekuimushi" by my family as a joke. If you say that in English it should be called "money eater".
I was also too good at saving money at the same time as a kid. No jobs then ofcourse. And I was also good at gaining my weight at the time.
I was so chubby when I turned 12. I ate a lot. Though my life was all about a brass band and when I turned 13, my dad brought my beloved gentle dog Kuro from his friend's house as his friend's dog gave a birth. Kuro was one of the puppies.
Kuro was 2months old when he became my family and it was on 13th(Fri).Dec in 1993. He is next to me right now by the way;)
Between my age 13 and 18, I was all about music and a diet( the diet was like eat 3 times a day little by little. And working out with Claudia Schiffer's work-out video).
Oh I remember that I started a song writing when I was 16. At first, I was writing songs for myself as a therapy. And now I'm writing for not only me. For YOU my fans rockstars! This is actually good to share and enjoy together through my music within my soul.
As for the diet , I lost 11kg(24lbs 4oz) at the end then. It wasn't just because of a diet though. I had a serious issue with my life which was worrying me then. Such up and down days were there at the time.
I also had no dates, and no boyfriends until I turned 20 years old. I also made my passport for the 1st time then.
I started traveling since 20years old.and at the same time, my poor life had started then. No more brands! No more saving! No more spoilt days for me!
Between my age 20 and early 30, I've had a long way road.
And now I am having a fantastic life with genuine friends, genuine music team, and my precious family. I am so lucky to have this life.
I also hope I can show you my life time after the age 20 in 10years, when I turn 40!
In the future like after I have met more new people who can support me in the beautiful industry , I'd love to have my reality show on MTV or unknown new similar TV program to share my world as a Japanese who was born this way;) and the world tour with my fantastic music crew. I am very honoured with what I have got.
Much love to you all my lovely ones and rockstars.
Cheers!

What Do You Think About MANA?

MANA in

London

"You are Beautiful, Sexy, Mysterious, Smart, and Wise. You have an awesome voice, and you even sing in English as second language better than most who's first language is English. You are the definition of rock, and even with your busy schedule, you still find time for your fans. Mere words can not, in a thousand years, describe you. You are Manami, and you rock." - by Robbie from the USA

"Manami is a truly amazing artist (and woman!). She has an absolute gift and proves that, when it comes to music, language is not a hurdle in the least. I have been a fan for a long time and am always spreading the news about Manami to my friends!" - by Margaret from the USA

"If I was in Japan I would brave going into the notorious red-light district of Roppongi to watch her rock out?Or maybe I should praise your butt?" - by Craig from the USA

"I think your music sounds similar to the Japanese band Spitz, I love them and your music has the same kind of feel to it ♥" - by Shaffron<3 from the UK

"You are the single coolest person I have ever met. Everything you do rocks and everything you say is from your heart. You are a true rock star and anyone that says differently should never be aloud to speak again! Without the glamer and the gloss you are still the same. That is the true spirit of a rock star!" - by Edan from the USA

"Mana Hardcore...great songs..special voice..sexy lady..top friend!" - by Jonny from the UK

"You were the first and ever person i really connected to on myspace, everyone gets friend request's from bands and singer's but no one really gets friend request's like the one you gave me, i was drawn to your honesty and strength of heart. I saved every email and every message, just to make me smile and remember when you first came into my life, to remember that there are real people out there, sure they have there own lives and own things to do but they still take time out to write to there fan's, i know what its like to have a really long day you just want to chill and relax. But you still manage to email us, i dont know anyone like that, to make there fan's a big part of there life. because theres no point writing and producing songs if you dont have the fans to listen and buy them, but you never need to worry about that one, you will always have hundreds of fans all over the world just waiting for the chance to have your cd's and singles. you make each fan feel like there in a small group of close fan's sure they are probably the last in the queue, but to them they feel like there number 1. i know i do most times." - by Terry from the UK

" There are so many thoughts that come to mind--musician, friend, individual, etc. It's just that the world is finally catching up to her." - by Animedancer87 from the USA
