ManBearPig - Lincoln - two, sometimes three, four sounds good, five is just outrageous (but it can be done!??!??!!!?)
the hessian
"Before you continue reading, know that ManBearPig are not about 3 minute pop songs; more an exploration of sonic planes, the depths of the human soul and LOTS of tempo changes." - Lincoln Bands
"Theres a lot of talk of who's the great white hope for Lincoln's scene and, although there not essentially from here as such, these boys take the crown. Inventive and captivating."
"I'd just like to extend my appreciation to the skill, showmanship and musical ability of ManBearPig. Despite them not having a vocalist, I rarely [if ever] found myself wishing that there was one up there on the stage."
sounds cool :) i was on the verge of saying "i want to audition/join!" but i'm a bit shit on the guitar as i've only been playing a few months. as weird as it might sound would i be able to jam with you guys sometime and hopefully pick up a few things?
ah right, well you'll be doing the same genre i'd think right? and yeah, keep me in the know please :) i always try to support local bands but uh...lincoln doesn't really have very many good ones!
hey! you guys played pretty well when you supported maybeshewill not long ago :) shame lincoln's music scene is so dead really. how long have you guys been playing as a band?
I hope you'll forgive me doing a bit of shameless merchandising. My new CD is out. Still doin' the Jazz thing, but this is definitely not your father's organ trio!
CD Baby's got it - samples, links & downloads on my Myspace page.
you guys were the shizney tonight, shame you have no more gigs, but looking forward to hearing some of the new material... maybe even guest appearance?haha
