Hey Dan! Not much going on here... just trying to keep up with the kids, and picking a little when I get time. You're cranking out some really nice-looking mandos nowadays!
Heading to Nashville the first week of January to mix the album with Dave Sinko. Then mastering and pressing soon after. . . Can't wait for you to hear your awesome mando in action!
haha thanks man im tryin to get bigger. its kinda hard to keep mass on with training to, but whatever. thats sweet man, its definitely a good, healthy hobby. where you liften?
ummm as far as protein goes, i think Optimum Nutrition has been the best ive taken so far. im mixing GNC Wheybolic Extreme and GNC Mass XXX right now, and ive noticed a pretty big change as well. its mainly when you take your shakes and how you eat though. cytogainer will put some mass on you too, but not so much lean muscle.. for creatine i just buy bags of micronized creatine of whatever brand and mix like 5 grams with my shakes and ill usually take Optimum Nutrition Amino Acid before and after i workout. ive found that multi's help a lot more than most people think too.
