So far, this production made several documentaries: “Poem for the rain of tears” directed by Marko Cvejic, “Radio Apokaliptiko” (It's a story about one interesting social phenomena of gathering huge amount of members belonging to one specific sub-cultural group in the small, traditional, Christian environment. Drama is exactly in their opposite stand points: one is based in church, traditional and family life, numbering 4000 members, the other one is based in “chaos theory”, numbering around 15000-20000 members) directed by Marko Cvejic, and “The story about Jan Lenhart” directed by Marko Cvejic. Films were partly funded by Voivodina Secretariat for culture, ZTMD, Tolmin, Slovenia and Primi Piani, Trieste, Italy. During last several years films were presented on “The OFFshore film festival” (Rotterdam, Netherlands), “The Thessaloniki Documentary Festival,”(Thessaloniki, Greece) “Festival of Short & Documentary Film”(Belgrade, Serbia), “Vidovin”, (Tolmin, Slovenia) and rewarded with Grand Prix for best short film in festival “Dokma” (Maribor, Slovenia) www.dokma.net for Poem for the rain of tears, and with special award in “International Festival of Ethnology Film”, (Belgrade, Serbia) www.etnomuzej.co.yu for Poem for the rain of tears.
In co - production with Playground production, Novi Sad, Serbia, Mandragora film made new film. It's a documentary - fiction story of one of the most famous Slovakian folk singer Jan Lenhart. Mostly, it was filmed in two Voivodina villages - Kovacica and Padina.

MANDRAGORA FILM was opened in 2005 to make creative documentary films that aim to raise awareness about forgotten traditions and cultural roots so often the basis for the questions at the heart of societal issues today. By using a part fictive, part authentic documentary film style, the intricate historical, political and societal contexts of the theme focused on are highlighted through poignant human stories.
