In advance of the immenant DVD release of the new Naruto feature film, Naruto: Clash in the land of Snow, We will be doing a VERY LIMITED number of screening around the country.
Our first stop was at the Apollo cinema in Central London, on November the 24th and 25th. Thanks everyone who came, The costumes were great, and the BatzMaru Quiz worked out so well, we may even come up with... uh-uh, we're not telling you :) not yet anyway...
If anyone got photos of the quiz, or the cosplay competition, send them in to us. We may use them on our site, and we might even be able to dig out a little something to reward the best photography.
Finally, on Sunday 2nd December, there will be a FREE screening of the Naruto Movie at the Glasgow Film Theatre at 1.45 pm. Tickets are available on a first come first serve basis on the day. We may not make it up ourselves, but hopefully we can convince some of the guys from Auchinawa to come host it for you. Let us know how it goes!
Manga have finally released BLEACH!
This is another shonen Jump title, which we love. It follows Ichigo Kurosaki, as he develops amazing new Soul Slayer powers, in order to protect his friends and family from fearsom masked demons called Hollows. This has to be one of my favorite animes at the moment, from the great humour between Ichigo and his "Mentor" Rukia, to the great battles between the heroes and mysterious masked monsters. The first release contains 20 episodes over 3 discs, which is great value.
OK, I know a lot of people got upset when they went to pick up Tokko 3, and found... the complete Tokko box set. It happened with HeatGuy J, it happened with Noein.
Manga are making reparations.
If you have bought the rest of the series, Manga will complete these 3 series for you, without you having to fork out for the complete box set
Just send an email to Tokko@mangaentertainment.co.uk or Noein@mangaentertainment.co.uk , depending on which series you are missing (Only email one address if you are asking about both series)
They ask you a few verification things, and for a really limited time, are sending the discs out for free, but I don’t know how long that will be for, so get a wiggle on.

I finally finished up a project I have been working on closely with my homie DJ Trippin' over the past few months. The idea was to take a handful of my freestyles, studio tracks, and b-sides I've recorded over the last year and combine them all to a 1 track mix. All mixing, scratching, and juggling was performed by DJ Trippin'. The effort is available for high quality download by clicking the cover below!

Just a quick update to let you know that the Shrotaku site has once again changed. The address is still the same as usual (http://www. shrotaku. co. uk) only now it's a Wiki based site.
This means that you can edit pages, add reviews, and all the other fun stuff that you couldn't before.
The forum's also changed over and is now also part of this site.
I'm still in Japan at the mo, but the other committee members are still lurking around so any updates on meets and whatnot will probably come from them through the new site.
hey,Your myspace seems a little bit dull.I got a website. All the layouts are beautiful. They are all characteristic.I am quite sure they are suitable for you.. And here it is
KAIDAN is the term used for the Japanese ghost stories, and, extensively, for the J-Horror culture. The Buddhist moralizing stories were rapidly transformed into international shockers; people wanted more frightening monstrosities and oddness, with no direct connection with the Western horror.
Manga, anime, movies and the subcultures developed around them competed in shicks and panic. If you really want to know why on the Japanese horror movies is written 18+, take a look at the next issue of Otaku Magazine. Nevertheless, is our duty to warn you that all who looked inside certain pages of this issue have disappeared shortly after. Still, it might be just a story to send the children to sleep for good.
