Mania magazine is the independent magazine in Russia. Mania was started at 2003 by Michael MF Faustov, who some people said was crazy. In 2003 - 2006 it was independent culture and lifestyle magazine bazed in Kemerovo, lately in Novosibirsk. In 2006 MF "sold" the project to ugly Siberian tycoon Vitya E., who immediately fired MF and took Mania to Moscow. That was his fatal mistake, because Mania's unique style developed by MF and chief designer Barok immebiately disappeared. Circulation dropped from 20000 to 1500 and Mania was closed. In 2009 MF comes back in business and restarts Mania as an users-generated magazine. Mania 2.0 starts this fall inspite of so-called financial crisis.
