About me: Where to start ... I'm Maltese, half-English, and live in Belgium just outside Antwerp. In a little village that doesn't legally exist anymore. There's a lot more that can be told about this peaceful little forgotten pocket, and I'll (hopefully, if I remember!) be using the blog here to keep uptodate with the madness that tends to be the norm around here.
I'm married to Dirk, and we have a 6 year old daughter, Amira. I'm a freelance web-designer, and have achieved one of my dreams in that I can work from home. I only so far make websites as favours for friends, maybe one day I'll branch out professionally. Hooray to technology ! Recent work :
I've also taken an interest in herbology, using herbs for natural healing and such. All very interesting, and opened a new door up for me. We now have a large garden with fruit trees, herb-patches, the works man ! We're even squatting a patch a of land near our house which we use as a vegetable patch.
Other members of our little family are 2 cats, both of which were strays that wandered in and stayed. We also have a dog and a mouse.

All is fine - except for a little sore throat. The sudden change in the weather completely caught me by surprise (happens every year), so now i need to drink buckets full of camomile tea with lots of honey :o)
And everything fine... and Amira happy back to her friends at school?? I'm working again at the centrale, late shifts so maybe we drop by in the weekend.

On Saturday I will cook for the volxkeuken... Thai chicken soup, Bami and Scampi's in the wok, lychee something (not sure yet;)
