「ブラストビートにのせてちんこまんこ叫びたい！」という衝動をもとに、 2002年に原型となるバンドが結成されるも、初ライヴ後に即刻解散。 しかし、日々の暮らしに欲求不満を募らせていたKoheiにより2003年にMANKOLOVERとして結成される。 2004年から2006年にかけて試行錯誤を繰り返しながら活動し、国内外の様々なバンドと共演。 2004年にGRAVITONとのスプリットアルバムをリリース。2006年にはドイツよりCOCK AND BALL TORTUREを招聘。 その後、2007年より1年半の間、活動を休止する。 2008年より新メンバーを迎えて活動を再開し、2009年に1stミニアルバム"LIBIDOTHYTHM"をリリース。
- Wanna shout "cock" and "pussy" with blast beats!! - With this strong urge, the prototype of the band started in 2002, but it broke up after the first gig. The band was re-formed as MANKOLOVER* in the end of 2003 by Kohei, who craved to crush his frustration for shitty workaday life. Since then, MANKOLOVER has given out-of-ordinary gigs, messing around the clubs in Tokyo. In 2004, had some gigs and released split CD with GRAVITON from Starry Record. end of this year, had a member change. In 2005, MANKOLOVER shared a stage with PEACEMAKER, the noise project of Rich Hoak (BRUTAL TRUTH), HAEMORRHAGE and a lot of Japanese eminent heavy metal and hardcore bands. In 2006, MANKOLOVER organized the Japan tour of COCK AND BALL TORTURE, and in autmn, played in Asakusa Extreme to support the Japan tour of IMPALED and GENERAL SURGERY. In early 2007, the drummer left the band and was forced to stop the activity for about one year. In 2008, Shuhei and Kotaro joined MANKOLOVER and restarted. In 2009, MANKOLOVER released 1st mini album called "LIBIDORHYTHM" from Voidragoon Productions.
