Jason Manns is a Los Angeles based singer/songwriter on the rise. With recent placements on Television shows on ABC and the CW (like “Supernatural”), as well as indie movies, and with a growing fan base in both Los Angeles and New York City, it’s no wonder the last four shows he’s played in London, England have been to sold-out crowds.
After growing up on a farm in Virginia, and earning degrees in both Business Marketing and Victorian Literature at the College of William and Mary, you can see why his musical tastes are as eclectic as his set list. Not only can you hear his original, folk-rock songs like “Your Song” and “Another Number,” followed up with laid back covers of Motown’s best, but you may also hear him beat box, or even play an occasional country song in his own style.
Since Jason moved out to L.A., he has had the great opportunity to perform live for 5 million viewers on the KTLA morning show, as well as in the Star 98.7 star lounge with host Ryan Seacrest. Jason is thankful to have had the opportunity to play all over North America from Orlando, FL to Vancouver, BC, Canada. Thanks to all these opportunities, there have also been quite a few shows and tours in the United Kingdom.
Jason’s debut album reached an impressive level of success for an independent release, which no doubt is a positive indication of his future in music, and he is currently working on his second studio album, in addition to touring the United States and England.
These next couple videos were from my last trip to the UK. I played a couple shows, (sold out thanks to some awesome UK fans!!) The songs are originals entitled "Vagabond Blues" and "Another Number."
This is from my show in Manchester in November of 07. It is a medley that Gavin Degraw showed me.

Hey Jason! So glad you requested me! I'm the blonde who forgot to keep in touch! Glad to see everything is going well. Have a great time in England! How did it go in NY?
Jason I am wondering if you will be attending Asylum 4 next year, if you are can you tell us fans as Asylum conventions would not be the same without Jason Manns ! also do you know if Mischa/Jensen/Jared will be attending as you were awesome as a compare/interviewer !my sn webpage
I have to agree with SparklingRocks. I guess that why the CD cover has some crime scene tape on it. It was lacking major emotion. BTW is there a slim chance you could do your rendition of Josh Groban's song "You Lift Me Up"? I can only imagine right now.
Just listened to Bublé's latest record and had to let you know that I was like o_O when Crazy Love started. Wait, wait wait, wtf, why is he singing Jason's song? No, wait. XD It's just sounds so wrong when it's not you singing it. /random weird message! ;)
Greetings from Germany :) I actually might make it to your gig in Brighton in November. I have a friend that lives there and that always invites me to visit. Would come in handy if I could go over when you are playing there :) I will go and check with her and check for cheap flight to England :)
