Hmmm, what to say...
I'm an odd mix of engineer and artist. I like to design things, but I do it with a bit of aesthetics as well as all the technical stuff. I work as an engineer for the military, but I also enjoy designing patches for my programs. My hobby/part-time business is photography, but in order to do it well, I had to understand the techincal aspects of photography.
This year brought a few changes. First, I decided to turn my hobby of photography into a business (MaNoR Photography). Photography is something that I've really come to enjoy and have gotten much better at over the years. So, why not try to make some money at the same time? Maybe it can help me pay for some more gear. Second, I got a new job going from flight testing to systems engineering (which is what I'm getting my Master's in).
