The evil child of the movie "Stripes" and the Kevin Smith cannon, Manprov emerged onto the Boston improv scene in December 2007. Combining the talents of Steve Delfino, Blair Kenney, J.J. Leslie, Gary Petersen, and Bob Sweeney, the troupe performs long form improv with a charismatic energy, intellectual subject, and a willingness to push boundaries in it's scene work. Directed by Boston improv veteran, Adam "Burch" Simon, of Improv Jones, and Improv Boston infamy, Manprov is attracting a wide audience on comedy stages around Boston. For all the manliness, abounds, what could possibly inspire this troupe of macho marauders? Simple. All they need to ask is "What would men not usually talk about?". From there? Comedy.
