The Mansion Studios offers rehearsal rooms designed by a musician, for musicians. Located in a commercially zoned district in the center of the Treasure Valley. Built from scratch, our 20'x12' jam rooms are sound proofed in the true sense, employing advanced heavy duty framing, insulation and isolation techniques including but not limited to air gapped, separated, staggered 2x6 walls and high density insulation and soundboard designed to minimize sound travel and bleed through. The Mansion offers secure, heavy duty doors and locks, a secluded and inconspicuous location, off street parking, large 4' sidewalks right to your door for ease of load in/out, a well lit courtyard and a live in resident to monitor all traffic. Details were not overlooked, such as a very ample 32 plug ins per room, heat, carpet and sound baffles to improve internal room acoustics. Rates: $250/mo per room + $200 refundable deposit
