Here's a live version of Netgirl from our show at the King Club.
First we were Your Mom. That was 1993. We made one record, The Royal Jelly. pSteve put it out on Fish-Eye Records. Then we broke up.
Justin joined and continues to play in The Catastrophe.
David became a teacher and started a family.
Jon and Stephanie continued playing similar music with Your Mom SRO and then The Coma Savants. They stopped playing together February 14, 2004.
In the spring of 2006 Jon and Justin ran into each other at the Stop -n- Go / Post Office. One thing led to another and all the sudden Justin, Jon and Stephanie were doing a weekly practice. Someone called David and he started coming over. Now we're doing shows every now and again..
It seems now, 3 years after moving to the far west side of town, that MotherFool's Coffeehouse is just about the only thing I miss about living on the east side...
Haven't yet gotten around to hearing your music IRL but it's great to be hearing it on the internets now!

BTW THE REEVES MACHINE made all the cool visuals you see in that clip! yummmmmmmmmmmmm.

just wanted to make sure you knew the "moth" preorders are opened up at dovecote records , and that if you preorder it you also get a free 7" vinyl picture disc with a new song and a poster.
also, we will write a letter on your behalf to an estranged cousin that you don't even know exists yet, beckoning them back into your life. when they suddenly appear at your doorstep, and the confusion subsides, it will (for various reasons) be very clear why they were estranged and you will want to re-estrange them immediately.
