    A Mantra Porno 2001-ben alakult és még az év végén Judie Jay művésznő közreműködésével megjelent az EstFM klasszikusok vol1. válogatás albumon az E101 című dal. 2003 tavaszán Ganja Police című első albumuk látott napvilágot, melyről négy videoklipet a hazai zene tv is játszott. Új énekesnővel kiegészülve a Disco Galaxy című virtuális EP-t követően 2006-ban a zenekar második, Fine Light Days/Beta Message című albuma is megjelent, melynek kapcsán a Disco Galaxy című slágerhez készült animációs klipp a VIVA Club Chart-on a hetedik helyig jutott. A zenekar több hazai város egyetemi, klub és fesztivál fellépései mellett néhányszor már külföldön is szerepelt. Az MR2 Petőfi Rádió rendszeresen játssza a Green Legion és Disco Galaxy című slágereit. Koncertjeik műsora az egyedi hangzásvilág mellett vizuális műsorral is kiegészül. 2009-ben a Mantra Porno látogatást tett Európa Kulturális Fővárosában, Linzben is, ahol az egész éves eseménysorozatot a zenekar itthon is sikert aratott Disco Galaxy című animációs klipje vezette fel. 2010 augusztusában játszotta az MR2 Petőfi Rádió akusztikus műsorukat, mely a rádió 8-as stúdiójában készült élő felvétel elektronika nélkül, több, a zenekar most megjelenő Kérek Lakást című anyagán található dallal. Az új album többségében már magyar nyelvű szerzeményeket tartalmaz. The band was established in 2001. In this year their hit single E101 (featuring singer Judy Jay) came out on the EstFM radio classics album. Mantra Porno's music is a mixture of the 70's miscellaneous music and today's electronic sound. In the spring of 2003 the first record, titled Ganja Police, was released by CrossRoads Records. Four songs of Ganja Police have video clips, which can be seen on the Hungarian music television. In 2005 a new singer with charming voice, Evi joined the band. Disco Galaxy virtual EP was released in September, 2006, which can be downloaded from the web site of the band (www.mantraporno.hu). The second album of the band called Fine Light Days/Beta Message came out in November, 2006. An animated cartoon video clip for the single Disco Galaxy is frequently played by VIVA television and reached seventh place on the VIVA Club Chart in 2007. This single among Green Legion is also played several times a day on the Hungarian nationwide broadcasted radio: Petofi Radio. In 2008 came out the Skip single with a new clip. The band is giving concerts in clubs of Budapest and festivals across Hungary.
