The Manzano family.. In 1976 my parents Benito and Maria Manzano went to preach to the mixtec people in Oaxaca Mexico it was seven of us, their children. They preach for about three years and in those three years we saw alot of suffering for the people and us too, we struggled to eat more than them because they hated our beliefs, we would eat some days three or four days wild cabbage with salt and three or four days with sugar for about two or three months after that we would eat wild spinach for about two or three months we also would eat on rainy seasons lot of mushrooms,it would rain for about15 to 30 days nonstop we had to go far away to find them, my brother and I, we learned how to choose the healthy and poisonus mushrooms.Except for the last3 months thats when we struggled alot we had to eat all kinds of bugs,worms,underground roots and plenty of water. (funny)now when I watch Fear Factor on TV.to me is like a free buffet (just a joke).My brother and I had no hunting experience of anything, he was seven and i was eight years old. We seen lots of miracles through my parents. For example one time my parents took me with them to pray for this person they had told me to stay home but i told them i wanted to go when we got to that persons house and i saw him i got scared because he was like a skeleton with skin hanging down his eyes were deep his nose was flat and his teeth were dry his mouth had no saliva. When he seen us he started cursing at us he said he knew who we were, the third time we went he accepted Jesus as his savior and as soon as he accepted Jesus as his savior he died. His sons and daughters were happy that he had died we were confused for a little bit, but they told us that they wanted to kill him themselves because he wouldn't eat or drink liquids,and they wanted to stop his suffering.We never knew why that man was alive but through science it is impossible for a human to live that long but his family told us, so we believe them. We have so much to tell, but it will take a long time to explain our experiences,I know that Ill never go through it again, its a beautiful experience and I thank God for that.Recently we went to oaxaca in 2006 and witchcraft is still strong but our God is greater. While we where there the people killed three preachers,and in 2005 and 2006 they also got rid of three evangelical churches it took about 35 years to build them it took about a month to get rid of them. My father planted the seed along time ago and he was the only surviver of six preachers that came out alive. The region that we were at didnt speak spanish only mixtec and we had to learn the language. I would ask you to pray for the oaxaca people they need the prayer,and all the teachers with all the education branches. Thank you for taking your time to read this paragraph. God bless you!
