Years go by and I hit high school ~ I was just having crazy fun and signed up to the radio station they had there and got a show!! They had a format like top 40 But Marc D was having it I locked the door on the program director and played my funky joints. Everybody said that was hot but ye ole program di-rec-tor said why didnt you open the door when he was knockong to tell me to play his little top 40 format I looked him dead in the eye and said the door was stuck and I couldnt hear him knocking; dah homie Im bangin beats. So as you and I and most people figure Marc D as blazing as I was on some turntables, set fire to my next show it was hotter than the last one and yes that door was locked again. Damn I never heard some one bangin on a door like that so called wanna be program director, I did my show and let him tell me your fired which was strange I never recieved a check. Word spread quick I was hot and hoked up with a DJ crew one guy from philly and my homie from my way the valley. I was still 16 and doing clubs, fashion shows indoor and outdoor plus see thru fashion shows. We played everywhere every weekend was new and in a new spot we were mobile it was like a steady regional tour the valley, philly, new york, jersey and some spots down south we were every where. I did that while getting a business degree so I could count my money and deal with people. Now I'm 25 and we broke up as a crew Marc D was on his own and landed a steady gig at Casablanca Night Club in bethlehem, pa.

I was in that joint 6 years every friday and sunday, straight bangin what ever beat I wanted. I saw other DJs cutting thier own records to take thier skills to another level and since I enjoyed cutting and scratching decided to make my own beats with a catalog over easily 300 beats tracks you make the call Marc D sounds like no one else. So at 33 I had 2 hip-hop artist which did well locally so as oppurtunity for people to get a taste of my sound. We worked and shopped them kats for 3 strong years and now I'm 36 and taking them to new york what ever we could but since labels dont do artist development it was hard you either come developed or dont come at all homie. So now 4 years go bye and Marc D is still keeping his skills up and decides to create his own label HEADZSTASH RECORDS a label that can do what it wants and put on it who it wants. We put on side a. a rap artist and I put 6 bangin breakbeats on the other side. It was a free promo on vinyl cause real djs still spin vinyl. We sent that out free throughout the U.S. Canada, Japan and the U.K. DJs we're going crazy over it we even got alot of thier email feedback still, they loved the breakbeat side cause they could get crazy in the club with them joints and the crowd.
Upon meeting these DJs I sent some vinyl and get some feedback from DJ Medic in Canada telling me he liked the record and yes asking for a autographed one, learned he to was interested creating a label so decided "lets do it!!". Dayz go by and I create DJ MARC D MIXSHOW 24.7...ON NOW MARC D PRODUCTIONS
