Marciana, Panicking Prez! Shit. "Imagine" scene in Glee making me teary-eyed. I'm a sap. @MarieMeriwani will be the only one who won't laugh at me, so I need her! Posted 9 hours ago from Twitter view more
About me: I was born into a wonderful and loving family. I have 2 wonderful parents, who have been there for me and stuck with me through everything. I cannot and will never ask for better parents. Nor can I ask for better siblings. I am the eldest of 3, with 2 incredibly intelligent, way too awesome silbings; A younger sister, born January 1988, and a younger brother, January 1993. I love my family very much, and I don't know where I'd be without them.
I am a Filipina, born and raised in Manila, Philippines. I will be the first to admit that I would like to spend my adult life in another country, but while I'm here, it's not so bad. It could be better, but it's not so bad.
I am interested in a lot of things, probably way too many to really mention. I like the simple things in life, really. Watching TV and movies, writing and reading fanfiction, surfing the internet, sleeping, eating (junk food), drinking (soda), that kind of thing.
I am a fan of a great many things. Mostly I'm a fan of movies and TV. I do want to be an actress someday, or a screenwriter, or who knows, both. There are only specific kinds of movies I watch though, hehe. I'm also a fan of music, and my taste is rather eclectic, almost to the point where it's all over the place. I'm into hip-hop, RnB, and rock, but at the same time, I know a lot of 70's and 80's songs by heart, and I'm a pretty big Bee Gees and Barry Manilow fan. It's true, it's so true. I guess being a Libra does that to people.
I'm pretty much a typical Libra. I'm indecisive sometimes, but I'm very friendly and social. I'm not very outgoing, and I'm not as patient as I once thought I was, but I am lenient with the people who matter in my life. I'm also the more optimstic one between the three of us kids. I can be both idealistic and realistic, but I think I'm a born dreamer. Funnily enough, I'm almost never in the blurry middle of anything. I'm either at the extreme ends of the spectrum, or right smack dab in the middle. I am wacky, and I like to think I'm funny; my jokes make my family laugh, so that's got to count for something.
Who I'd like to meet: ANYBODY!! Anybody at all who's got an open mind about most things, anybody who loves to go on and on about stuff they're really interested in, or care about. I have no gender or age preferences, I like getting on with everybody. ::eez so totally LIBRA right now::
Hehe, fine. Here's a more specific list.
>> My grandfather on my dad's side. He passed away a year before I was born, so I never got to meet him, but from what I'm told, we probably could've gotten along, and I know I would've learned a great deal from him.
>> William Shakespeare. I'm in love with the language, and I love the works. One of the things on my bucket list is to finish that ginormously humongous and rather ancient "Complete Works Of William Shakespeare" book my dad handed down to me. And to act in at least one full production of a Shakespeare play. Particularly Macbeth, or Hamlet.
>> Hillary And Hannah Hindi of "The Hillywood Show"! That would totally make my life! I totally love the show, and the girls are genuinely nice. And yes, I will admit to the degree or so of jealousy because I want to be doing what they're doing! Maybe I could get my parents to plan a little side trip to Las Vegas when we make our April-May '09 California trip....
>> John Cena. Because he seems like a genuinely nice guy, someone who genuinely appreciates his fans. If I ever get to sit down with him for 15 minutes, just 15 minutes, for an interview, that would be awesome.
>> Danny Lopez, mainly because I think he's a great guy. He's gone through a lot, and he is still going through a lot, yet he remains a strong character. I hope everything works out for him in the end. And yes, one day, I'd like to meet him, shake his hand and thank him for being so awesome.
Pic comment response - I heard somewhere -I don't remember where- that Cody doesn't like his smile, so that's why he doesn't smile. Ted has a nice smile. :D
