Biografia

Marco Maenza (chitarrista) iniziò a suonare la chitarra a circa 14 anni. Attualmente Marco è chitarrista di una band locale chiamata "Fuorilegge", la musica che lui suona con questo gruppo è una rock italiano, anche se non nasconde il suo amore per il rock blues. Marco ha suonato live con altri gruppi in vari pub e concerti rock. Dopo queste esperienze decide di comporre, registrare e arrangiare le proprie canzoni nel suo piccolo studio di casa, sviluppando così le sue conoscenze circa mastering e altre cose. Marco suona tutte le chitarre, il basso e le tastiere (organo hammond, pianoforte), canta in tutte le canzoni, mentre per la batteria usa un programma vst. Nel gennaio 2009 Marco ha debuttato con il suo primo album "A Whisper of Joy", in questo album lui cominciò la collaborazione con un eccellente chitarrista slide Eric Larmier in una della sue canzoni. Dopo “A Whisper of Joy”, Marco comincia a registrare altri nuove canzoni, con queste Marco scala la ReverbNation Global Blues Charts fino ad arrivare alla posizione numero 4 e numero 1 in Italia. Altre cose riguardanti Marco: Il 12-12-07 Marco è stato scelto "Artist Of The Day" su myspace nel sito "Artist Of The Day", loro aprirono un blog e supportarono la musica di Marco (inizialmente solo strumentale). Il 15-10-08 Marco è stato scelto "Artist Of The Day" sempre su myspace nel sito "Featured Artist Of The Day", loro supportarono la musica di Marco ed inserendo un blog. Il 29-04-09 Marco è stato scelto Artist su Smokin Tunz Radio, una recenzione ed alcune delle sue canzoni sono state mandate in questa Radio. Marco è apparso in un'intervista Radio "The Musicians Social Club's Blog Talk Radio" il 20 Sett 2009, circa un'ora di intervista live e qualche canzone. Il 25 Ottobre 2009 Marco è stato intervistato alla radio da Jan Carroll nel suo Show "The Lady Plays The Blues" su krushradio.com.

Biography

Marco Maenza is a guitarist from Italy, he started to play guitar at the age of 14. He has always loved the rock-blues style, this is his soul. Currently he is a guitar player of a local band called "Fuorilegge", the music that he play with this band is a pure Italian Rock because Marco loves this genre. Marco also plays with some other bands, play live with different musicians in various pubs and giving concerts at some Rock festivals. Marco decided to compose, to record and arrange his songs by him self. He has a little home studio, To develop his knowledge about mastering Music and other things. Marco play all guitars, bass, keyboards (organ hammond, piano) except for the drums, he programs the drums part.. Marco sings all his songs. In January 2009 he released his first solo album "A Whisper of Joy". In this album Marco began the collaboration with Eric Larmier, a really fine slide guitarist For one of the song! Marco is so proud of this collaboration and friendship With Eric Larmier... After the release of The Album “A Whisper of Joy”, Marco has begun to a record other new songs, with these new songs Marco have climbed the ReverbNation Global Blues Chart until at number 4 and at number 1 in Italy. A little bit of Marco: In 12-12-07 Marco was Artist Of The Day at myspace in the "Artist Of The Day" page, they opened a blog and supported Marco's music (beginning only instrumental). By the 15th oct 2008 Marco was scheduled to be Featured as Artist of the Day on myspace, "Featured Artist Of The Day" page, they supported Marco keeping up his music and inserting a blog. Since 29th april 2009 Marco was Featured Artist on Smokin Tunz Radio, a review and some of his songs were played on Smokin Tunz Radio. Marco also appeared at the Musicians Social Club's Blog Talk Radio the 20 Sept 2009, about a hour of live Radio interview with some his songs. The 25th October 2009 Marco has been interviewed on radio by Jan Carroll at The Jan Carroll Show "The Lady Plays The Blues" on krushradio.com
