the short story: my friend tom frost asked if i would be interested
in
giving a concert suspended within a 12 story, ~12 " in diameter
tube. it would be a part of a mistake he was planning. i agreed to do
it as it seemed to be an amazing opportunity to to confront my incredible fear of heights AND well . . explore my voice in
space
. i told my friend i would do it - as
an
improvisation. i wanted to be totally open to how i would respond to
the stimulus of the height and the darkness and oh, did i mention that
i would be breaking into the building?
