Marcus is from Detroit Michigan USA and now resides in the UK and works all over Europe performing at Blues and Rock festivals. Marcus was originally signed by United Artist Records (now EMI Capitol) and released the album 'Marcus' in '76. The album featured Gene Black (now with Joe Cocker) on guitar; Tim Bogart (Vanilla Fudge) on bass; Randy Strachen on guitar and Danny Holmes (Rolls Royce and Little Richard) on drums who was later replaced by Sandy Genero (Pat Travers and Cindy Lauper). Marcus Malone's band now in the UK has released 4 albums. The latest just released April 2007 is 'Hurricane' which features Chantelle Duncan, Angie Brown, Derek Chai and Sean Nolan doing backing vocals.
