marcus has been making music since he first heard the beatles abbey road lp and has never looked back.
he has been recording and producing music since 2001 working with groups such as:

-bell orchestre
-torngat
-little scream
-james ehnes
-the montreal symphony orchestra
his recordings have won a juno, three felix prizes and have been nominated for several juno awards. marcus' latest recording with his group "silver starling" was released on last gang records september 2009.
marcus' calm, open minded character and his experience as a musician and performer enable him to create a studio environment that is relaxed and conducive to musical expression.
marcus holds a masters degree in sound recording and has extensive experience in a wide range of studio and mobile recording set ups.
