About me:
Hi, I'm an actress and author and live with my family in Dublin. As an only child I spent a lot of time on my own which was not all bad because I had the time and space to become aware of all the sights and sounds around me. When, for instance, I visited down the country on my holidays I would listen for hours to the wonderful sounds of the countryside. I grew up close to a docklands and spent many a time watching the passenger and cargo ships sail up the river and on a winter's night, curled up warm in my bed I'd listen to the haunting sound of the fog horn as it guided the ships home safely. A few years ago I wrote a book called "Breakingdown, Breakingthrough - My Thorn-Paved Road To Healing Via Altered States and Near Madness" which I published myself. It's a detailed account of my thirty Holotropic BreathworkTM sessions which I underwent over a two and a half year period between 1995-1997 to help me deal with some very painful childhood issues (along with the playful, happy times were some very dark moments). Extremely positive outcome.
Who I'd like to meet:
Writers; Publisher willing to publish my book; Anyone working in the field of Transpersonal Psychology; People who've been on their own personal journey.
