A singer and actress originally from Houston, Texas, Margaret has performed in some of New York City's hottest nightclubs such as The Allen Room at Jazz at Lincoln Center, Lincoln Center's Kaplan Penthouse, Birdland, and in benefits, galas and private parties in NYC and upstate at venues such as The Columbus Club, The Sky Club, The Sheldon House, The Fredonia Historic Opera House, and private residences, art galleries and theatres on and Off-Broadway. In February 2006, Margaret released a four song demo CD, "in the meanwhile...", now available through her website. An Equity actress, recent work includes a staged reading of "Plaza Suite" at the Gene Frankel Theatre in January, playing Norma Hubley, directed by Tony Greco, the National Mini-tour and National Tours of the musical comedy CHURCH BASEMENT LADIES, starring William Christopher (M*A*S*H,) as well as commercial and industrial work, voiceovers and spokesperson/hosting. Margaret is also a Guest product Specialist on QVC. Margaret performs frequently in New York City nightclubs and as a professional entertainer for private parties and benefits in the tri-state area. She is currently at work on a second solo cabaret show, to be musically directed by award-winning accompanist/arranger Rick Jensen and directed by Lina Koutrakos. ................................
