“Cómo te digo en pocas palabras, que todo tiene su momento y que la perseverancia al final tiene su premio. ” Esto puede ser un resumen de lo que significa este primer álbum en la vida de Marger. Todo aquel que ha tenido la oportunidad de conocer a Marger y su talento, no dejan de sorprenderse por su tenacidad y amor a la música. Esta cantante compositora tiene mucho que ofrecer y parece que ha llegado el momento de presentarse al mundo con su primer disco.
Con una amplia carrera en el género de comedias musicales, al mejor estilo broadway, en donde la exigencia de sus participaciones siempre fueron protagónicas, en obras como “ Fama el Musical”, “La Tiendita del Horror”, “Chicago” y “Cabaret” entre otras, permitieron que la carrera artística de Marger, tomara vuelo internacional con amplios reconocimientos a su talento.
Paralelamente, escribía sus propias canciones y soñaba con su despegue como cantante solista. En un proceso de crecimiento artístico, componiendo para otros cantantes, colaborando con distintos autores y experimentando con diferentes géneros musicales, Marger iba madurando mientras se preparaba para culminar en este su primer disco como solista: “Cómo te Digo”.
Marger lo describe como el resultado de mucho trabajo, amor y dedicación. El proceso de la realización fue muy largo y durante el mismo, Marger tuvo que enfrentar diferentes situaciones personales que quedaron impregnadas en algunas de las canciones de esta producción. “ Es increíble como el proceso de este disco ha marcado mi vida en un antes y un después..”
La producción musical de “Cómo te digo” fue llevada de la mano del productor Fernando Rojo. Cada detalle en esta producción fue cuidada y dirigida por Fernando
( nos cuenta Marger). Otras participaciones claves en
el disco son: Jean Rodríguez (JEAN) en la dirección vocal y arreglos
vocales, con quien le une una gran afinidad musical. El Ingeniero de mezcla Boris Milan
( Santana, Alejandro Fernandez, David Bisbal.. ), el Ingeniero
de Masterización Mike Couzzi ( Cristina Aguilera, Santana, Gloria Estefan.) y el aporte de reconocidos músicos como Lee Levin, Carlos Puchi, Alejandro García, Claudio Corsi y Victor Mestas.
Además de estos talentos en el estudio, Marger contó con la colaboración de grandes y respetados compositores en el mundo de la Musica como lo son Jorge Luis Piloto (con mas de 100 No. 1), la cantante y compositora Erika Ender, Jessica Sarango, Xarah, y Vianna Polanco.
Aunque este disco se clasifica dentro del genero Pop, cuenta con una gran influencia de elementos electrónicos fusionado con elementos orgánicos como lo son las guitarras eléctricas y electroacústicas. Los arreglos vocales mantienen la tendencia del R&B, resultando un disco con un sonido y una frescura musical que representan el estilo de Marger.
Acompañado de melodías contagiosas, las letras e historias contadas muestran situaciones de amor y desamor escritas desde un lugar cotidiano sin perder el sentido poético. En el contenido del mismo han quedado plasmadas vivencias, propias y ajenas, reflexiones de momentos determinantes y también podremos encontrar mas de una canción relajada con la intención de hacerte bailar y disfrutar. “En este disco hay baladas intensas, pero también quiero que la gente pueda olvidarse un poco de los problemas diarios y simplemente disfruten… es un disco sincero” Ultimamente la voz de Marger nos ha estado acompañando todas las noches en el Tema de Amor de la novela "El Rostro de Analia", su voz en Tuya Otra vez se encuentra ahora en mas de 20 paises alrededor del mundo.

"How you say it in short, that everything has its time and that perseverance has its reward at the end”. This may be a summary of what this first album means to Marger. Anyone who has had the opportunity to meet Marger and her talent, they surprised by her amazing voice, enviable charisma and her bubbling personality. This singer songwriter has much to offer and it seems that it is time to present her to the world with her first album. Marger; also known as “MG”, was born in a beautiful town in Venezuela. The singer and songwriter is the product of a Venezuela mother with a Trinitarian father. Raised between Venezuela and Trinidad Tobago, Marger represents a multicultural generation. Marger grew up inspired by the music that filled her family home; Whitney Houston, Tina Turner, Earth Wind and Fire, Donna Summer rhythms of Calypso and a lot of Disco music. "My mother would also play Celia Cruz, and Gloria Estefan,and I absorbed all of it..." Marger remembers. At the age of 14 she stepped into a recording studio for the first time, to record her very first single “Como Olvidarte”. Soon after the song started showing a strong radio airplay and therefore took her into her very first promotional tour. Immediately after that, Marger landed the leading role in the Latin version of Broadway’s musical and motion picture smash hit “Fame”. On tour with “Fame”, Marger was able to expose her talent in most of Latin America’s most important countries: Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Argentina among others. Marger’s performance was acclaimed in every stage where she performed; Fame received numerous nominations as one of the best musical in Mexico.” It was there in Mexico where musically and artistically I grew up the most...It was an amazing experience”... she comments. Marger’s career continued ascending while living in Argentina, where she performed in musicals with notorious Broadway and Argentinean Directors. She landed the lead Role in “Little Shop of Horrors”, and also she was part of a Tribute to the Best Musicals of Broadway were she interpreted “Chicago” and “Cabaret”. Simultaneously with her theatrical career she was recording her own music and participating in different television shows and soap operas, like the Argentina’s 1show with Diva Susana Jimenez. In a life changing move, and influenced by her desire to expand her career MG moved to Miami where she started her own musical projects. She was selected to participate in the Hispanic version of American Idol: “Protagonistas de la Musica”; one of the U.S. and Puerto Rico most successful reality music shows in Hispanic Television. Marger immediately became one of the favorite contestants among the audience, and her name became a household name among Hispanic households throughout the nation. She recorded two albums with “Protagonistas” the first one achieved “Gold “ status and sold over 100.000 copies. Soon after the show ended, MG started experimenting with different sounds and fusions. She also became a composer for other artist like KIULDRET a Sony/BMG artist. Marger recorded a her Album with Venezuelan Producer Fernando Rojo. She also has worked with important producers like Iker Gastaminza (Shakira’s Oral Fixation),Germán Ortiz, Humberto "HUMBY" Viana (Daddy Yankee),Frankie Bigzz, among other established and new producers. Marger has been featured in other talent’s projects: such as Ricardo Montaner, Olga Tañon and Tego Calderon. Marger debut album “Cómo te digo” is schedule to be released in April 2009, and promises to have all the ingredients that make musical magic. She co-wrote most of the songs in her CD, “This is a very sincere album..” she manifest. This album also bring an extra track: The love song of the soap opera hit “El Rostro de Analia” Tuya Otra vez, this successful show is presented in more than 20 countries and the love song is one of the hottest song of the show, and already have a fan base over fifty two thousand viewers on you tube.
