Listening to live music, sipping tea, dining out, cooking and baking, watching videos, thrift store shopping, dance lessons, sewing and quilting, planning trips and traveling, visiting with my friends and family, and enjoying a martini.
Music
Rock 'n Roll, jazz, blues, bluegrass, and country music. Occasionally I'll go to the symphony or to a chamber music concert, but mostly it's whatever is live at Central Park or at the Plaza.
. . . and my grandson Noah playing drums.
Movies
Mostly chick flicks and romantic comedies.
Television
Don't watch much. Some PBS documentaries. Try to catch Austin City Limits. And re-runs of Sex and the City.
Books
The Secret, Da Vinci Code, Angels & Demons, The Red Tent, Celestine Prophecy, The Four Agreements, The Secret Life of Bees, The Gypsy Chronicles (an adult bedtime story!).
Heroes
My son and my daughter. My wonderful friends, the Girls on the Go, also the Full Moon Goddesses.
My high school English teacher, Miss Anne Davis, was a big inspiration to me. She'd cringe at my grammar here.

About me: This MySpace account is set up as a place to share thoughts, plans and pictures with family and friends.
If we have been out-of-touch recently, here is an update: After more than 30 years in Houston, I have moved to Austin and work for the State. After retirement, I still plan to become a gypsy and travel all over the U.S. in an RV.
I enjoy traveling and went on a wonderful cruise with port stops in Cozumel and Belize.
Enjoyed Dickens on the Strand with family. This soul enriching trip filled our tummy with good food and our hearts with much love.
Who I'd like to meet: If we are related, former classmates, co-workers, or neighbors, please leave a message here, and let me know how you are doing.
Happy New Year one and all, whoever we are, we are all trying to reach an unreachable star. For the great and the small, the good and the bad, the young and the old, the sad and the glad!
We are asking today, is life worth living? The answer is only in Loving and Giving
For only love can make man kind, and kindness of heart brings Peace of Mind. By Giving Love we start this year to life the clouds of hate and fear.
