Margo Jean & The RUBES have been performing Margo’s original material since 1994 in the Tucson and Chicagoland area. Boundry defying good old-fashioned new rock. A shot in the arm for country music via a tribute to every other genre. It’s rowdy, passionate affair.

Margo Jean & The RUBES play a Phish-style/jam band cover of Lucinda’s Righteously... a bluegrass Cash... a punk-abilly version of Boots (Nancy’s), The Stones, The Hollies, revved-up Irish and American traditional songs, car songs including Cake and The Stray Cats, plus new and classic hits to which almost every American can sing all the words (although in the case of the Carrie Underwood song, every American woman).
