Margot began writing music reminiscent of mid-90's emo in 2004 and features ex-members of Friedman, Until Day Breaks, Mr. Hinkus, and Quality. Unfortunately, the band had to go on hiatus for a year due to scheduling conflicts.
Upon reformation, Margot began re-writing old songs and writing new material altogether. This is when Margot truly formed and their style found its niche.
Margot also plans to take over the universe, somehow.
ALL of the profits will be donated directly to Invisible Children in order to help fund their schools, facilities and programs serving to improve conditions for displaced families and children affected by the civil war which has raged for over 20 years in Northern Uganda.
R.I.P Margot, you were a bright flame that burned out to quickly. . . I hear all the band members have moved on to planning familys now, and are clean and sober. Hmm, Maybe Moneen is still touring. . . .
