For you, love is all about the passion!
And chances are, you're currently in love.
You have a strong physical response to love...
And you are great at committing
(As long as the person makes your toes curl!)
Yeah that makes sense, the all american girl, that's me :-D. I love reading, playing with my kiddo, watching movies, when I'm not writing
You're a girl power mommy! You love to be girly,
but you're no pushover. Your kids are
learning that gender differences don't have
to mean gender inequality. You've taken back
pink, and you don't care who knows it!

I really miss Jim Henson's fantastic imgination! Just saw Ever After and loved that movie too. It's another great fairy tale with a sense of humor. Love Ever After too and oh heck, just about anything with Drew Barrymore because she's too cute. Oh and I can't forget Indy. Gotta love a hero who loves history.

The books that first tuned me into fantasy- The Narnia Chronoclies. Anything by Jenna Peterson. And of course my own romances from the heartland and beyond If I couldn't create characters I adore, I'd go insane.
Heroes
Any of the heroes I create- Most recent hero, my ogre Dazzart the Bold.
And my hubby Phil, of course. The inspiration for every hero I write.
Marguerite Arotin has been writing since the third grade when she wrote her first story for a Halloween class project and loved the praise she got from it. She didn't pick up her first romance novel, however, until the age of nineteen when she met her husband who showed her that true love does exist.
With a keen intererst in local history, Marguerite began her trek to becoming a romance author by writing Ohio set historicals. She achieved publication with her Locktender's Daughter in May and loves the feedback she gets from fans and reviewers on her first published tale. A novella about a young woman who uses a gold dragon amulet to wish herself to 1962 so she can meet her childhood crush- a sexy rock star/spy was recently contracted by The Wild Rose Press entitled One Enchanted Summer, and will be published on June 25, 2008. A western contempo set in the fictional town of Wayback, Texas and entitled Return of the Prodigal Daugheter is currently in edit mode with The Wild Rose Press. She is currently working on a series of fantasy romances set beyond the Great Divide. Where and exactly what is the Great Divide? Well the divide itself is a portal to countless realms. There's a land of several different kingdoms beyond this divide and Marguerite's friend Daisy Kelli (site is still a work in progress while Daisy works on the history of the Veneficium Royal families) is the offical historian for this world. Currently she's working on the tale of how the first settlers from our ancient Rome formed the kingdom of magic, Veneficium. Marguertie handles the more modern Veneficium tales, like how a single mom got sucked beyond the Great Divide, fell in love with an ogre with the heart of a true warrior, and saved the kingdoms from an evil sorceress named Adieal
Marguerite has lived in the Cleveland, Ohio area her entire life and her love of local history is what led her to begin writing historical romances. Her canal romance, The Locktender's Daughter is now available from Wings Press in e-book format. Click on the fantastic tag her friend Mellow made for her, to learn more about The Locktender's Daughter.
When she's not writing romances, she spends her free-time as a Cub Scout Den Mother walking her son to school, picking her son up from school, and reminding him he has to do his homework before he plays video games ;-). For more info on Marguerite's wild imagination, visit her website

I'm all about networking and meeting authors and readers too
Okay and now a brief word about who I don't want to meet. NO SPAMMERS PLEASE!!!! Come on, I do check everyone out before I add them and if they only have a few friends or a profile that says "You can get the latest ringtones here" then that's an automatic NO!" I'm mostly here to promote my stuff and catch up with friends and family. I'm not here for spam. Now if you're a legit person and your profile was hacked, I'll forgive you because I know it happens. However, I don't take too kindly to spammers. I created a big, green ogre hero who loves to get medieval on spammer's asses with his spiked club. So if your a spammer looking to add me, I'll not only deny you and block you, I'll send Dazzart after you!
