I have contacted President elect Obama and President elect First Lady at their sites here on myspace and asked them to consider the first track, "Let the Healing Begin" for their next four year term theme song. Nice thought, yes?.....hell ya....:).....
My love for the written word and the melodies is what you'll witness here. SO! Finally made it an "artist's page". Enjoy in joy!
I do see myself as a writer ... This page is just about this songs...of hope...and that is what we have now. It feels good being an American citizen in this time...I say let Some one famous re-record it, that's my suggestion!!! There is such joy in the process alone. We are blessed.

These are rough cuts from the studio here on Orcas Island.
Track three ,"I won't be your next addiction", starts around 38 seconds in. It's us messin' up, starting again, losing a guitar track, laughing, messin' somethin' else up...then hittin' it then only to end it with laughter, again.
I decided to keep it rough for now. *grins. Something about the imperfections just making it perfect...
We like to have fun in the studio and Bruce Harvie, my producer, works miracles.
