Maria Moros Ballesteros

Bio:

Born in 1986 in Spain, She began studying music with Prof. Juan Luis Arcos in the 'Conservatorio de musica de grado medio de Zaragoza' ,and private lessons with Jose Manuel Roman. During this time she improved her skills in several international masterclass with theachers such as Igor Souliga, Norbert Blume, Vladimir Mendelsohn, Oleg Lev, Paul Cortese. In 2004 she began her Bachelor degree in the Conservatorium van Amsterdam studying with Marjolein Dispa,Nobuko Imai (international solosit), Michael Gieler (member of the Concertgebouw orchestra). In Amsterdam she attended masterclasses with Nobuko Imai, Garth Knox, Anner Bylsma, Julien De Vriend, Tabea Zimmermann. She finished the Bachelor degree 'with distincion'. She continues her development with a Master studies in the 'Universit�t Mozarteum Salzburg'' with Prof. Veronika Hagen. After her studies in Holland and Austria she decided to came back to Spain in 2011, taking part in a Postraduated course with Prof. Jonathan Brown (Cuarteto Casals). She got in 2008 and in 2009 a scholarship from the Spanish goberment. She was invited to give two concerts and Masterclass in the Hong-Kong Schumann Festival'11(China). She was member of the 'E.G.O', 'E.U.Y.O' and collaborated with several orchestras 'Junge Deutsche Philarmonie', 'The Opera Philharmonic' , 'Mozarteum Salzburg' etc. During this period she performed in Amsterdam,Salzburg, and different cities of Spain as a soloist and chamber music. At the moment she is freelance viola. She collaborates with OBC (L'Orquestra Simfònica de Barcelona i Nacional de Catalunya) 'La Orquesta de Cadaqués', 'Camerata XXI', 'BCN216' etc.
