Hi, My name is Maria and I live near Southend On Sea in Essex with my husband and two small sons. I'm a vocal coach and happy to hear from anyone interested in developing their range and technique or anyone who just wants to sing for pleasure. I work with children and adults both in group workshops and individually.
I've been a vocalist, songwriter and producer for most of my life and have been lucky enough to perform with all sorts of people including Robert Miles, Kylie Minogue, Sasha and The Taste Experience among others. I'm a great believer in homeopathy and I practice yoga, so tend to work holistically and instinctively with my singing students. Its very rewarding when they achieve something they didn't think they could manage. I have great faith that we have so much potential and if I can help unlock a little of that for my students, then I am delighted.
Vocal coaching is SO much more than just learning how to sing. Tuition helps improve posture, breathing and confidence. It also increases lung capacity so is especially helpful for anyone with conditions like asthma. Breathing properly oxygenates the blood so you feel more energetic.
