    ~The FDA or others could regulate the quality and safety of drugs.
    ~Marijuana is regarded to be a 'mind opener' i.e. it can help people broaden their outlook and think creatively.

    A poll by the Gallup Organization stated that 73% of people polled were for making marijuana legally available for doctors to prescribe in order to reduce pain and suffering, 2% were undecided, and 25% were against.
