Everything, anything, all things, anyone, everyone. All that we have ever seen, heard, done, listened to, liked, disliked, loved, hated, adored, missed, lost, found, felt and left behind!

Sounds Like
The Marina Florance band do their best to sound original, although comparisons are always being made.
Yay! we are a band! we play good music, all you have to do is enjoy it, sometimes people say nice things, sometimes they don't... we have put the nice things below, we have forgotten the rest...
"You got the feeling that this was a band that could have gone on all night and it would still feel good..." Neil King FATEA Magazine
"Her voice is like chocolate" - Sue Marchant of BBC Eastern Counties.
"I think you will agree we just heard a little piece of heaven" - Cambridge Folk Club MC on 29/05/09
"It's the kind of music you play to lift you up, to create a mood..." - PlanbManagement
We have played at many many venues, including various folk clubs, Arts Centres and festivals including the fantastic Wimborne Folk Festival and the Cambridge Folk Festival.
We have supported and played along side many great artists including, Julie Felix, Karine Polwart, Cara Dillon, Boo Hewerdine, Luka Bloom, Steve Tilston, Megson, Ken Nicol, Vin Garbutt, David Sneddon, Loman, Gus McGregor, Sylvie Lewis and sooo many more.
The album, entitled "Somewhere Down The Line", is an astoundingly good collaboration of original songs and music written by Marina Florance, Julie Fox-Allen and Mick Kennedy.
The art work for the album was created by Julie Fox Allen, who recently graduated from the Norwich School of Art with a Masters Degree.
Many, many thanks for the wonderful performance last night, Marina. You and the band bathed us all in a warm musical glow and sent us all home with contented smiles. Please come back soon ! Steve xx
Yeah sorry about that. I didn't mean Noooridge in any sort of negative sense, that's just how we say it round here. I just love linguistics and don't like to see people saying they're from Naaarwich cos no one actually says Naaarwich that sounds west country to me. It was all meant in the best possible taste:)
Hi, thanks for the friendship. Proud to be on the same CD as you and all the other fine artists. Am enjoying listening to your tracks on here. Best wishes, Paul.
