Marina Zakharova is a Ukrainian singer, piano player and composer.
She is known as soloist of Anno Domini - the international musical project, whose style is described by many critics as a unique combination of many genres, as classical, jazz, Gypsy, Ukrainian, Oriental and Jewish folk music traditions and rock.
Marina's husband - Boris Zakharov, a Ukrainian poet and producer of Anno Domini.
Dima Gorelik - Israeli jazz guitar player, composer and arranger also took part in this project.
Anno Domini released four albums: Galilee - 2008, Sand & Stone - 2005, In The Focus of Time - 2004, Behind The Horizon - 1999, The last one "Galilee" was recorded with participation of many musicians from Ukraine, Israel (Jewish and Arabic), Azerbaijan and the USA.
Marina had tours in USA, Israel, Poland and Ukraine with Anno Domini and with solo performences. She took part in many international festivals: Warsaw Summer Jazz Days - 2008 (Warsaw, Poland), City Stages - 2005 (Birmingham, USA), ZaJazz - 2008 (Kharkiv, Ukraine), Mamakabo - 2008 (Koktebel, Ukraine), Ednist - 2005, 2007 (Kyiv, Ukraine), Jazz Bez - 2004 (Ukraine-Poland) etc.
