Marino Stephano was a highly gifted Belgian music producer, signed to Fog Area Records, he was the man behind the project C.M along with fellow Belgian Crisci Mauro... Together as C.M they created some of the most beautiful trance music to date, most of which is almost impossible to track down these days. Two of the tracks he made with Crisci Mauro were selected for the famous compilations of Global Underground by legendary DJ's such as Paul Oakenfold & Seb Fontaine. Also DJ Tiesto selected "Dream universe" for his famous compilation.
Stephano as an individual artist played a major role in many productions, such as Dream Universe, Eternal Rhapsody, Good Shot and remixes of his solo work were done by the likes of Kai Tracid, Tandu, Kosmanova etc. At this point in history, the latter part of 1997, Marino had captured the attention of the whole trance industry, the future could have been so amazing...
but sadly...
In the Autumn of 1999 at the high point of his career, Stephano was killed in a tragic car accident.
One of the saddest days in trance history, for family, friends, fans, and everyone at Fog Area Records & La Bush of which he was an integral part.
He may rest in peace... in Dream Universe.

......sa fait tous drôle de ré-entendre ces titres qui, ont bercer mon adolescence surtout le "dream universe" ...J'avais parler deux ou trois foies avec steph......très gentil d'ailleur, c'été une personne différente des autres, notament au niveau de l'approche musicale,si différente....et tellement reconnaissable parmis tant d'autres!.Il a fait danser du monde avec quelques notes de musique qui reste toujour de bon souvenirs pour les gens..... R-I-P
