Nació en Barcelona el 1979. Estudió guitarra clásica con Xavier Coll en l'Escola d'Arts Musicals Luthier. Otras influencias relevantes en su desarrollo como músico han sido su padre Javier Mas, Feliu Gasull, Raimundo Amador, Toti Soler y Paco Ibáñez. Estudió armonía con Ramón Porter, recibió consejos en cuanto a composición de Feliu Gasull y adquirió las primeras nociones de batería de Julian Vaughn y Dani Forcada. Ha colaborado con artistas como Paco Ibáñez, Toti Soler, Ferran Savall, Carles Dènia, Shantala Shivalingappa, Abdeljalil Kodsi, Salvador Cardenal, Ayub, Núria Piferrer, Jordi Prat, Razmik Amyan, Driss el Maloume, Arianna Savall, Feliu Formosa, Alex TNT, Sílvia Pérez Cruz y Murtra Ensamble, Aitana Sanchez-Gijón y Mario Vargas Llosa, entre otros… En el 2003 entra en el cuarteto de guitarres "mosaic" y también forma su proyecto de música de cámara con influencias notables de diversos folklores y composiciones propias. En el 2006 co-produjo artísticamente el primer disco de Ferran Savall "mireu el nostre mar" (Alia Vox) grabado entre Oslo y Suiza basado en canciones populares catalanas. También ese año le encargaron un arreglo de la canción "The guests" para coro mixto en el homenaje a Leonard Cohen realizado en 2007 en Sant Feliu de Guixols, y otro arreglo para sección de metales en un disco del Alex A. A principios del 2008 acompaña al cantante Paco Ibáñez en el disco doble "Paco Ibáñez canta a los poetas andaluces" (A flor de Tiempo) con el que actúa en algunos de los teatros mas relevantes de España, Portugal y Francia. En el 2008 participa en el disco "tan alta com va la lluna" (Comboi Records) primer proyecto de "cant d'estil" de Carles Denia . En la actualidad combina las actuaciones con las diversas formaciones con la preparación de su primer disco basado en un duo junto al violinista moldavo Alexandru Bublitchi. He has been playing with Toti Soler in different projects and with singers such as the living legend Paco Ibanez, Ferran Savall, Carles Denia, Abdeljalil Kodsi, Arianna Savall, Nevoa, Silvia Pérez Cruz… among others. In 2003 joint the guitar quartet Mosaic, and created his own project , very influenced by classical and flamenco genres a part of many other popular music. In 2006 co-produces the first Ferran Savall's album "mireu el nostre mar", music based on Catalonia's popular songs, recorded in Switzerland and Norway with the record label Alia Vox. Makes the choral arrangements in Leonard's Cohen Spanish Tribute concerts in the summer of 2006, plays in the new album of Abdeljalil Kodsi and the new CD of the blues guitar player Alex TNT. Introduce a new show in 2007 for Frida Calho as a musical director and arranger. In 2008 accompanies Paco Ibáez in the recording of the "Paco Ibez canta a los poetas andaluces" (A flor del tiempo) album. In August works together with the actress Aitana Sanchez-Gijón and the writer Mario Vargas Llosa in two performances in Sevilla in the show"Las 1001 noches". He also played in the musical festival de l'Abbaye de Fronfroide" together with Ferran Savall, Razmik Amyan Gaguik Mouradian (Kamancha) and Driss El Maloume (oud). In September plays in the recording of the album "Tan alta com va a la lluna"; in Gandia, a project of the singer Carles Denia based on "cant d'estil" and other genres of the Valencian folk. Ever since he is touring with Paco Ibáñez in some of the most significant theaters of Spain, France and Portugal. Also presenting the new projects of Ferran Savall and Carles Denia.
