About me:
On December 31, 2005, I had the bright idea to start a little Salsa group on meetup.com, but I had no idea how large it would become. I just thought it would be a great way to meet other people that were also interested in Salsa dancing. Today the DC Salsa Meetup is the largest Salsa Meetup in the world with over 2,000 members, and still growing rapidly. I am so excited about the Salsa awareness that it is creating in the community. This group has brought so many people together wherever it may be, this will always remain the focus of this group. I feel it has been very successful in doing just that. Actually, I was so excited about DC Salsa Meetup that I even started my own Salsa enthusiast website, DCSalsaProductions.com. I'm New Jersey Rican and feel that Salsa is just in my blood along with playing the Congas which is my true passion. The most important part of my life is that I’m the proud father of three children beautiful children.
