About me:
I don't know who wrote this but I agree and wanted to share it. I have grown to understand that love isn't a feeling that conquers all. Love isn't thinking about a person all the time. Love isn't caring about a person. Love isn't gratitude or justice. Love isn't fair. Love isn't something we need. Love isn't romance, intimacy or connection. Love is truly meant to be more than that. Love is devotion. Love is support-emotional, mental, spiritual and physical. Love is enduring pain, hurt and struggle to make things work. Love is courage, honor and deep-seeded characteristics humanity fears to let be. Love is knowing forever isn't a silver platter handed to you by God, but is only until you blink and you work your hardest to keep it strong and moving forward with every re-opening of your eyes. Love is honesty. Love is trust. Love is heart, soul and spirit being one with another. Love is so much more than I can ever explain in word, dance or prayer. However, I have also learned that Love isn't enough...
