Mostly East Coast and Old Skool Hip Hop with some other great stuff mixed in like De La Soul, Chuck D (The Rhyme Animal) & Public Enemy, Sade, The Mighty Mos Def, ATCQ, MF DOOM, Miri Ben-Ari, Bob Marley, Tito Puente, Talib Kweli, Jean Grae (crazy flow but needs to clean up the lyrics a lot), Pharoah Monch, Louis Armstrong and Lupe Fiasco. To the regret of my family, I will also pop in some Johnny Cash or Paul Simon every now and then. Those guys are/were musical geniuses. Add Wale (new Rapper from the DMV) to the list of people I am listening to right now.
Movies
These are probably my favorite movies of all time: Blazing Saddles, The Shawshank Redemption, Do the Right Thing, The Matrix, Cool Hand Luke, It's a Wonderful Life, Coming to America, Gattaca and There's Something About Mary. If you haven't seen Gattaca, what are you waiting for? It will inspire you to press on! I don't watch much of anything twice, so that's about it on the movie favorites list.
Television
A lot of my favorite shows are gone forever: The Sopranos, Deep Space Nine, Arrested Development, Firefly/Serenity. Right now, I am still watching Battlestar Galactica and 30 Rock. I am looking forward to the new season of Heroes.

Are you going to Paradise? Two thieves or two malefactors were crucified with Jesus. A malefactor is a person who has committed a crime; also known as a criminal. One of the malefactors crucified with Jesus condemned himself and the other malefactor, but not Jesus Christ. So the malefactor that condemned himself wanted to go to paradise and asked Jesus Christ to remember him when he’s in paradise. Jesus spoke to the malefactor that condemned himself in Luke 23:43 and said “Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.” Are you going to paradise?
