About me: "Mark Baratelli is a freakin' comic genius!"
-NYTheatre.com
"The versatile Mark Baratelli captures just the right period sound in his nasal, reedy delivery of the Berlin rarity "Pack Up Your Sins and Go to the Devil," and surprises in the second act's "The Girl That I Marry" with a robust Alfred Drake-like baritone." -SanDiego.com
"Had the audience captivated from the moment Mark hit the stage" -Dirty South Improv Festival Artistic Director Zach Ward
"Mark Baratelli's... cabaret set slapped a huge, silly smile on my face" -Show Showdown
"To witness Mark Baratelli in person is a completely overwhelming experience." -TalkinBroadway.com
"Baratelli has an impressively showy singing voice and a nicely warped imagination" -Orlando Sentinel
"The songs were good, the singing was very good and the storytelling was fantastic" -Orlando Sentinel
"Everyone's favorite diva" -Rob Ward
"Mark is a star in his own right. Every word, every musical phrase...practically seamless." -BloggingFringe.com
"Alternately hysterical and uncomfortable, Mark Baratelli’s show is at least as entertaining as the art form he ridicules." -Archiculture
"Mark Baratelli...was cutecutecutecutecute." -Kevin R Free
"Baratelli’s mind-boggling improvised songwriting technique insures no two shows will be alike." -Scottie Campbell, Watermark Magazine
My favorite review ever:"Mark Baratelli is a mime who sings and acts, but mimes best. He is a dancer who moves his voice around, sometimes in one range, sometimes in another. Often he is off-pitch." -Berkshire Bright Focus

The election results guarantee that Lady Raptastic WILL be attending the Presidential Inaugural Ball and other glamourous parties in Washington.
Soooooo.....tell everyone where to send their donations to her wardrobe fund.
Please ask Lady to record her reactions to the election of the first African American President of the United States. I'm hoping she will compose a suitably patriotic song to sing for the president as well.
THANK YOU for your post about the kitties on the Daily City. LOVE IT! I read the blog but STILL do not know how to comment. I was able to do it once from Chris' computer- but what is up on mine? Retarded. Anyway, YOU ROCK!
UCF Conservatory Theatre Presents WEST SIDE STORY October 23-26, 30-November 2
Based loosely on Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, this timeless classic grapples with the street gang rivalry between the Jets and the Sharks. The stunning music by Leonard Bernstein is as unforgettable as the two young lovers, Tony and Maria, who embody the heart of this American tragedy. This will be the 6th year for the Gay Orlando Film Fest! The screenings in the ast three years have been sold out! I brought in filmmakers, "celebrities", etc for Q&A's. This year will still be the same format, but I'm hoping to grow it next year. Just need sponsors, yo!
We're still screening films and will be making choices by the end of this month.
If I can get some celeb-type peeps to come town this year...would you like to interview them?
Volunteer: What is that Mark baratelli thing in your office? Me: Oh it's from the Fringe, Mark didn't let a bad review get him down, he used it in his marketing Volunteer: It's kind of hard to keep a guy down when he is comfortable on stage in just his underwear.
