MARK BISHOP- BIOGRAPHY
A native of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, Mark Bishop showed a keen interest in music at an early age, and began asking for records to be played on the stereo as soon as he could talk. By the age of two, he was a full-fledged "Stones" fan. Because of his interest, his parents encouraged him to take music lessons and he began with piano in primary school. Although he continued to take piano lessons, it was when he discovered the guitar at age 12 that the love affair with music truly began. This evolved into the formation of his first band and numerous others since. Whether it's playing B-3 organ with pop-rock group, Crush, electric guitar with Barry Canning or a solo gig; Bishop is equally adept on guitars, keyboards and bass. With these talents combined with a rich soulful voice, it's easy to see how he has earned a large fan base as well as the respect of his musical peers. With extensive recording and live sound engineering skills, Mark was able to produce an album, which represents his vision and style.
