About Mark:Black [NEW song online]

Mark:Black as we know it today was somewhat formed during the summer 2001 under the name Elohim. Some of the bandmembers had played together since 1998 which became the foundation to the band. The music played changed to melodic deathmetal when a growling vocalist was recruited replacing the earlier cleansinging one. Also a permanent keyboardplayer was added to the now six man strong lineup.

In late November 2006 the band starts to record a full length album which is mastered and completed in february 2008. Now the search goes on for a record company and a release date for the new album entitled A Shape of Diversity..
