I used to want to be a dentist. When I was 16. Dentists have lots of money and feel really empowered. I still sometimes wish I did something that helps people and that uses my talents.
As well as playing solo, I play in the following groups:
DON'T SPOOK THE HORSE - The Neil Young Tribute Band www.neilyoungtribute.com
FLATBED EDDIE - Rock/Country Band
NEWS OF THE VICTORY - Rock Ceilidh Band
I'm also in a duo with pianist George Crawley, playing my tunes, loads of Dylan and just nice stuff for your party ;-)
Other albums:
Rewrite the Summertime Blues
Graffiti
It's been such a long time... I was going to wait until Matthew got in touch with Mr. Taylor to contact you about the whole jamming idea and what not but it is literally taking for ever because i don't think that Matthew has his right e-mail address... Oh and I never use MySpace so it would help if you had Facebook maybe..?
I thought about seeing how you were but i thought it would be rude without contacting you first .
Hi Mark hows it goin? When you next playin at the lodge? Im the bassist from that young jazz group... Ive borrowed an upright to play now so it sounds far better :) Maybe catch you soon Tom
I got back to Los Angeles the earlier this week after putting 4000 miles on my jeep driving around the southwest. I woke up in the morning to find that my new album had finally become available on Amazon.com. While some of these songs were written as much as 4 years ago, some in hawaii right after cambodia, mexico, california since then, they still capture who I am and how I feel, the fluctuation between my failures and my ideals, growth and the serene moments I live for and between the desire to be a Buddhist monk in the mountains and the importance of being engaged in the world. I hope that you'll listen and enjoy. You can check out most of the songs for free streaming from www.reverbnation.com/tullymackaytisbert. Your Friend,

Thanks so much for that, Mark. It is pretty selfish, really, as it brings me so much pleasure ! As for making a musical contribution of my own...well, maybe when we need to clear the room at closing time ! Steve.
Thanks for the brilliant and thought-provoking performance last night, Mark. Always great to see you, so please drop in any time you can make it, and we will speak soon about a return visit. Thanks again ! Steve @ Grapevine
