WILD ADVENTURES is a small privately owned and operated wildlife educational program. We provide a up close and personal and educational experience with native and non native wild and exotic animals. We bring the animals to your church event, school program, birthday party and many more occasions. All our animals were captive born and raised in our loving home. The animals are members of our family with each having individual names, personalities, likes as well as dislikes. We strive in having healthy and happy animals and interact with each animal daily.
Our programs run from April 1st thru November 1st each year. WE DO NOT have winter programs as the weather is too cold for alot of our non native species.
ABOUT THE HUMANS:
Mandy Markley has been working with exotic animals since she was a little girl bringing home what ever she found in the woods from orphaned coons, to birds, nursing them back to health and releasing back into the wild. Working as head keeper and curator of a zoological park where she hand raised animals from tigers, baboons, bears, to camels and many more. She was in charge of daily feeding, medications, cleaning, socializing and training over 100 different species. Mandy has also worked in a emergency 24 hour veterinarian service where she assisted in many different medical aspects. Mandy is now a Humane Officer working daily to ensure that animals of all shapes, sizes and species are properly cared for, rescues sick , injured, abandoned and abused animals on a daily basis.
Mandy has worked closely with veterinarians from local AZA zoos where she has learned enrichment, diets,medications, and habbitats of many species of exotic animals.
David Markley married into Mandys menagerie and is 100% partners in the daily care and enrichment of our many animals. He has raised many orphaned animals from raccoons, groundhogs, and others. He and Mandy hand raise all baby animals born at their facility to ensure the health and socialization of happy healthy animals. Feeding, cleaning, medicating socializing and play are all in his daily routine. David is also a truck driver daily as his full time job on top of caring for over 60 animals at our home.

Samantha Robinson: little sister of Mandy comes daily to help feed and clean. She enjoys socializing and playing with the animals. Her favorite animals at Wild Adventures are "Billy" the pygmy goat and "Bindi" the grey fox. She will be starting college this fall majoring in Biology and pursuing a career in veterinarian medicine. She brings her bright and cheerful personality with her daily.

I was just looking at your pictures and all I can say is Mandy you and your husband are so lucky! If I lived up there I would offer to babysit your kids (not the human ones} anytime. Girl I just can't get over how lucky you must be. Those are the exact pets I want (the exotics) that is just too cool!!!
