Movies
life of Brian, Search For the holy grail, Borat, spinal tap, 12 Monkeys, Scar Face, The Godfather, Die Hard 1 (only! i cant stand the rest) Star Wars 1-6, Matrix, Spider-man (but the last one got a little stupid), South Park the movie, Lord of The Rings 1-3, Lock Stock, Snatch, Layer cake, Vanilla Sky, Zoo-Lander, Team America, X-Men, Beverly hill's cop
Television
I like most things i just hate SOAPS and stupid unrealistic dramas especially American programs like lost or heroes. They just bug me because they have brilliant lighting and effects but no gr8 dialog or story. It just pisses me off.
Books
The End of Faith by Sam Harris (this is a must-read, this book should be Compulsory through all schools. Also "The god Delusion" by Richard Dawkins. I read a lot about religious contradictions on the net this this is highly amusing to me, knowing how many People still believe in a magic man in the sky ......., that created a woman (eve) from a rib, and a guy who put every known species in the world on one boat, and the 10 curses of the red sea on egypt, and and and .... why don't they just admit lord of the rings is a much better read!

About me:
I first fell in love with music at an early age, the fact that my dad was also a music lover, and worked for Warner bros helped. So it was a natural thing for me to have an interest in instruments and the instrument of my choice was the drum kit/percussion. This was first exercised in high school at the age 14, when I chose music as one of my main subjects (which I gained a B). I was taught at school By David Bold and we followed the teachings of John Savage (the art of the drummer) which I choose to teach today. At home I was taught by a very experienced jazz drummer Dave Kelly. Jazz is now one of my most loved music forms, which I continue to express. When I left School I chose to set up a band and continue my path with music. The college of my choice was Arden college in Northenden Manchester. Here I studied for a BTEC National Diploma in popular music, which I loved. We covered areas such as compositions, which we performed in various venues around Manchester, Music history present and future, media and teaching. One of the projects, which we did, was going to 3 primary schools and having to perform workshops and then give them a live performance of classic pop tunes. It was at college that I started my Band “KARMA” which consisted of the very best musicians from the college. This is where I have learned most of my music knowledge, from performing (sessions, studio and live) to audiences of 3 to 3,000 and music business, AanR, press and all the sources of media. I have played with the likes of Space and Dodgy and even performed on TV and radio (I was also a radio DJ on WFM 97.2) After my college years I spent a short time at Armstrong learning, this was to further my education in the music business. I have recently been getting into teaching much more and have started teaching privately, I’ve found this to be so rewarding. I have also starting teaching at St Beads collage Manchester.
THE LIVE LIMITED EDITION D.V.D OF KARMA IS AVAILABLE FOR £10 THROUGH OUR MYSPACE OR WWW.OVERPLAY.CO.UK/KARMA
..You can write all the fancy prose you want about a band, but at the end of the day it's about whether the music they make touches you in some way. Were out there writing and performing our own tunes simply because we enjoy making music. Its sometimes bluesy, sometimes rock folk or funk influenced. It's not market led, and we don't follow any current trends.
So have a listen to what we do if you like it come and see us live, or purchase our Limited Releases through the band or the web site http://www.overplay.com/karma
Hope to see you soon.
