When I was
three years old, I remember seeing The Beatles on
television with my brother and my folks. I saw John,
Paul, George, then I saw Ringo. Aaah...Ringo. I saw
all the screaming girls, and at that moment I think I
thought to myself- I want THAT!
At 5, I finally
got to sit at and play a drum set at my neighbor's
house. He was a teenager and his band was taking a
break. I snuck up to the the kit and sat on the drum
throne and at that moment, I was the king of
everything I ever dreamed of! I very quietly played a
drum beat. Somehow, I knew exactly what to do. This
groove chose me, I did not choose it. I can still
remember the exact drum groove that I played (if I
ever meet you, I'll hum it to ya!)

You are a really great drummer and person.
