All I’m saying is that you must come to peace spiritually by knowing and accepting yourself for who you are. For instance, if you look like Rosie O’ Donald you will not shape yourself to Jennifer Lopez.
Finally getting right physically. Hears were the work comes in. You must join your local gym or explore fitness centers in your area to get started. I will go into more detail on how to find a fitness center that is right for you if you’re a member or if you’re already started on a program and your in a decent gym hears a few suggestions. Nutrition is an essential key to achieving any fitness goal, even if your trying to lose weight never work out on an empty stomach because if you do you didn’t do anything. Fire needs fuel to burn, so even if your over weight and you forgot to eat, on your way to the gym grab something from any where and fill your stomach before you work out. Next, if you’re a bodybuilder or you want more muscle size, focus on strength and repetition and don’t worry about how your build looks. Definition will come, genetics also plays a roll in all of this. So don’t work yourself to hard to look a certain way.

Welcome to my website on fitness. If you are an athlete, dedicated bodybuilder, fitness model or if you are serious about getting into shape then this website can be a benefit to you.
My name is Marlon and I have been involved in bodybuilding for over fifteen years. I was born in West Los Angeles, CA. I’m currently am in a long term relationship. I have worked as a Store Director at Hollywood Entertainment Corp since 1996.
My motivation for physical fitness run’s deeper than what meets the eye.
I had a hard time growing up because I grew up in a gang and drug infested environment and my mom was a single parent always working hard to provide for me and my brother and sister. I chose weight lifting as means to keeping myself out of the negativity and to help focus on what was important to me, which was finishing school on time and I’m thankful to God I didbecause I could have easily gotten caught up due to my circumstances.
It is important to me to stay in shape so I can look good, feel good and be in great health so I can live a long quality life.
Enough about myself lets get down to the reason you came to visit my website. Your more than likely wondering how do I start getting into shape?
would like to start by saying that fitness starts in the mind. Getting your thoughts right and having the right attitude and motivation and the dedication to achieving your fitness goals. As I stated earlier physical fitness is not an over night process. You must have it made up in your mind that no matter what I’m not going to quit, I’m not going to settle, I don’t care how many times I have to push, I don’t care how many times I’ve been set back I will prevail in the name of Jesus halleluiah! Some one is reading this right now and getting ready to receive more than just a weight loss routine or a weightlifting chart but I feel deliverance coming into someone’s life, come on and give God some praise.
Next step is getting your soul right. Take a moment from looking to get physical fit and let’s working on get spiritually fit. You must get started from the inside before you go to work on the outside. What are some of the things in your life that are causing you to be unhappy with your self besides your outer shape? What ever it is you must bring it before God and ask him to fix it because God can fix anything and make you whole. I’m not trying to denounce anyone else’s belief; I just want to clarify that. What ever your religion or faith is your still more than welcome to enjoy and benefit from my website.
