The high energy pop-rock outfit have been together since early 2008, with their music unique blends of styles ranging from classic rock, hard rock, pop, oldies and jazz. Their sound is recognizable with intensely catchy melodic tunes and smooth vocals. Their music is all about memories, LOVE, life's rollercoaster ride and, songs of hope and faith.
Marry Me Amy means... is our everlasting commitment to music in spite of the day-to-day “forces” that keep on making us “need” to turn away from it. It is simply being married to our music.

Marry Me Amy is a pop-rock band from Manila, Philippines. The band's members are AC (vocals, guitar / keyboards), Lizz Ortiz-DLS (bass, back-up vocals), Raymond Sol Cruz (lead guitarist) and Joey Quibol (drummer).
Words and music originated from AC's (vox) bedroom about fifteen years ago. Fast forward to 2006, stumbling upon a free sound editing software made it possible for the imagined songs to finally be audible and shared to her close friends and family.
In 2007, AC met Monci (guitars) at a corporate setting where their musical interests clicked. And with skills complementing each other well, they decided to form a band and named it MARRY ME AMY. After song collaborations and a couple of gigs before the new year celebration, his migration papers to Australia was released. Thus, the creation of Memories of Bright Skies, music by Monci, words by AC.
The following year, MMA became an all-girl band with Lizz (bass), Jaq (drums) and Lowie (guitars), but not for long. Great opportunities took the drummer abroad while the guitarist became even more demanded by her full-time professional music teaching.
Along came Joey (drums), Liz's former bandmate, who arrived from Japan just in time and shared the same goal of pushing through and focusing on the band's original material. Then along came Raymond (lead guitarist) who recently joined the pack. Now ready to rock!
